MEDITATION is like a NOTE TO SELF that says I AM LISTENING.
When you are truly IN THE MOMENT, you never have to look at the CLOCK.
I BREATHE because I am WORTH it.
Always STRETCH with the DEEPEST possible BREATH, LONGEST possible SPINE and SOFTEST possible HEART.
FEAR says WHAT IF…
FAITH says NOT IF, but WHEN.
